A Ryan’s Black Label gift certificate makes a wonderful impression and affords your loved one, friend or client the opportunity to custom tailor their own shopping experience.
Please note that gift certificates are not subject to standard shipping and handling rates - rather, a flat $2 fee will be added to your order for each gift certificate ordered to cover mailing and production costs.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Ryan’s Black Label gift certificates come in denominations of $25, $50, and $100. To purchase a certificate simply select which denomination you would like and add it to your shopping cart (Please note gift certificates can also be purchased at any Ryan’s Black Label retail location). Should you wish to purchase a gift certificate in a different denomination please email our concierge at concierge@ryansblacklabel.com. When sending a Ryan’s Black Label gift certificate to your loved one, friend, or client a sleek black envelope containing an elegant note will be rushed to them announcing that they have been specially chosen to receive a Ryan’s Black Label gift. This note will build a curious anticipation and also alert them to watch for a delivery. Very soon after they will receive their certificate via 1st Class Mail in a sleek black envelope along with a stylish note personalized with your message (please key your message into the message box on the checkout page). How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Ryan’s Black Label gift certificates can be conveniently redeemed online or at any retail location. To redeem a certificate online simply key your certificate number into the “promotional code / gift certificate” box on the checkout page and the dollar amount of your certificate will be show up as a credit on your order. If you do not use your entire credit amount in one order simply retain your certificate and repeat the aforementioned process on any subsequent online order. What do I do if I lost my gift certificate?
If you happen to loose your gift certificate we can in some cases re-issue you a new one providing we have enough information on file. For assistance with lost certificates please contact our concierge at concierge@ryansblacklabel.com.
Can I extend the expiration of my gift certificate?
Ryan’s Black Label gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If your certificate has not yet expired and you wish to extend its expiration date please contact our concierge at concierge@ryansblacklabel.com.
